Absolutely. I had the pleasure of flying in one when I went with a WO cadre staff NCO for Northforce, in the NT. He was checking up on his soldiers who were being taught how to patrol using horses and pack horses, at Muckity ? station[I think] Upon arriving there was a large crowd of local indigenous people lining the landing strip, obviously waiting for the show. I had no idea , the Porter is a cross between a helicopter and a fixed wing aircraft. those pilots could fly that plane to its absolute limits. Take off was an experience, as well.
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food
