    All Aussie NRH 90 helicopters were grounded for Talisman Sabre 19

    They still don't have final acceptance. After the Tiger fiasco, this is not a good look.

    I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

    Happens often, even to the ADF! My Bro mentioned similar little quirks when flying Sea kings. As airframe were upgraded and avionics updated they got done when available, A bit like the faulty SRS airbag recall... only so many hours in a day ...
