    I like the quote "At relatively low cost", compared to what?
    Why does Australia have to buy everything from elsewhere? Australia used to have an aircraft industry and weapons development organisations. We were world leaders with UAV, drones......... Jindivick an example. The scramjet had a lot of early development and was first run successfully in Australia.
