			Clutch shudder FL1

					Hi Guys,

I'm getting quite bad clutch shudder from take off on my '99 diesel FL1.
It seems to be worse when engine/gearbox are warm.

Just wondering, is it a wet clutch using the engine oil?
I'm using magnatec (semi-synthetic) which is now due for replacement after 10,000kms, so if it is caused by the oil I'll try a different one.

I doubt the clutch is worn (although it is possible), and it's not normally an issue as it's driven in the country, but lately it's had a bit of city driving.

 Cheers,

Fly wheel may be worn or needs machining.
I had a new clutch kit put in and in their infinate wisdom, neglected to machine the fly-wheel.
Out it came and hey presto, no shudder.

Generally, it is an oil leaking onto the clutch plate
