    FL1 Diesel pump

Hey, I got myself a 98 turbo diesel freelander, although i have a minor leak coming from my deisel pump case. I think its a gasket or an o ring is worn and needs replacing. I wanna have a go and do it myself and save me alot of money. Anyone got any experience with these sorts of things?

I was wondering what will happen if i pull out the deisel pump case and unbolt everything? is it possible to replace the seals or gaskets without touching the pump itself? If i do unbolt the case will the pump have to be retimed and calibrated? Is this a good idea...lol?

If you remove the pump you will have to retime it. Some orings can be replaced without a test bench some cant. Need to know which one?
