Thread: vibration noise

hi , i just bought a freelander diesel 1999 on impulse at auction everythings ok except this buzzing noise coming from front of vehicle my mechanic says it was wheel bearing so had them installed and it made no difference before he starts charging me for trial and error for every part for the vehicle can anybody on here give any suggestions any help would be most appreciated thanks Ecnal

Remove the tail shaft and if the noise disappears the IRD is on the way out
