Removing headlight assembly on 2004 Freelander
My 2004 Freelander has been in a bit of a fight with a Lexus, and now has a damaged wing & headlight. Until it goes into the shop for repair, I need to remove the headlight assembly to see if I can re-seat the indicator light which has been pushed into the main lens void. After removing the 2 bolts at the top of the assembly it now seems to be loose, but I can't get it out as it seems to be blocked by the bumber below. Does anyone know if there is a trick to getting it out, or do I have to remove body panels?
Thanks!

According to the repair manual, the front bumper needs to be removed before the headlight can be.

Thanks Scott. I suspected as much, but was hoping I'd missed something.
