    Tow bar advice please

    Hi guys,

    I have no knowledge at all in tow bar. I wanna fit a tow bar for my little Freelander 1998 5dr.

    Please advice me what I have to buy? where should I buy it? any legal document I have to complete before running? .....

    Is it possible for me to fit it by myself or I need bring it to a garage to fix it?

    Please give me as much info as you can.

    Try your local trailer/towbar place (try Carasel). Hayman Reece make one to suit the Freelander.

    Legal document??
    The towbar will have it's own compliance plate if that's what you're worried about.

    Thanks Scott for your advice.

    Sorry mate, the legal documents which I asked are for the trailer. Actually, I got an offer for a trailer which has plate, lights ... They said, all I need is the tow bar with the socket to plug the power in for electrical system.

    If you know how much they will charge for a tow bar to fit my Freebie, please let me know.
