    FL1 TD4 2001 Surging

    My parents are away on holiday down South and phoned me to tell me they have a surging problem on their FL1 TD4 2001. They had fueled up 30kms previous and let the car sit overnight. They took it to a LR dealer in Wanaka who plugged it into the test machine but no fault. Fit a new fuel filter and no cure. The mechanic noticed a split fuel hose which I think goes to the fule cooler, he patched up a repair which worked for a short time but failed. New hose ordered and fingers crossed for monday.

    Sorry I know have full information it was a split turbo hose.
