Yes, there is a cruise control on the FL2. As mentioned before, you'll find it on the steering wheel.

As for speed limiter, AFAIK there isn't a 'limiter' but there is an overspeed audible warning in the ECU. Some countries require this by law but I think it is an option which can be enabled through the settings menus at other times... but don't quote me on that.
