Thread: LF2 - Poor fitting Rail Rails trims

I have just taken delivery of my LF2 last month and had the OEM option of the roof rails fitted as a $800 option...

On picking up the car, I was unhappy with the fitting of the trim on the rear mounts but was told that LRA would be sent pics etc. and something would be done - they do know about the issue (back in UK as well). To date :

• Second set fitted - no different (possibly worse- but we all knew that)
• Can't remove them due to additional holes drilled in the roof and possible water ingress (and effect on warranty according to dealer)
• LRA have washed their hands saying case closed - tough luck

If anyone has/had this issue, how was it resolved or am I expecting too much.....?

Wow, I wouldn't be too hapy either after spending $800. Sounds like a case for the Department of Fair Trading!!!
