    Wheel studs

I broke a wheel stud on my FL2 and the studs are not available as just a part, only new hub.

After much searching have found a VE commodore wheel stud is close enough and does the job. A VE one is approx 5mm shorter in the thread and you have to remove the rim locating tip off it.

Its still not a simple job though, its press the hub apart to fit.

Hope this helps someone else that has a broken stud and would like a cheaper option than a whole hub.

I wanted to replace one stud (stripped thread) and was quoted $700 supply and fit new front hub. This is bloody ridiculous when studs are only a couple of dollars at best - would greatly appreciate any help on year/model to fit 2012 SD4 SE Freelander 2.
