Engine Oil Dip Stick
Checking my new Land Rover Freelander 2 TD4 acquisition on the weekend and discovered the engine dip stick has a spiral twist thorough out its length. Is this normal or should they just be like every other dip stick I have seen before - flat.
The spiral makes it real hard to remove and insert!!!
Sure would appreciate some guidance.
Love the vehicle so far - a nice addition to our Land Rover family - Discovery and Range Rover - well its to eventually replace the 97 TDI Discovery
Many thanks
