					hey Phil

I am assuming that it is a 12v mini mig using a flux cored wire????

What size battery is the minimum it runs of ie CCA what is the max current or material it can do. I would assume up to about 2.5mm to 3mm.

I'm keen to have a look and a test.

 Justin

here are the specs from the company, i have yet to test it so am looking for willing volunteers to put it thru its paces, i hope to set up a 24 volt and 36 volt system from my truck to test it out and give demos.
 welds steel, stainless, aluminium.
18volt ok for thin sheet metal,
24 volt single pass 1/2 inch at 275 amps.
36 volt welds up to 3/4 inch at 350 to 400 amps.
welds 22 guage to 3/4 inch.
wire speeds of 50 to 900 inches per minute.
if you want to look at all the specs go to Readywelder.com | There's nothing like it!
it has hose for gas operation as well as flux cored gasless.
All tips and wire are standard from any welding supplier.

Hey Justin here are a few specs.
They recommend Deep cycle like OPTIMA Gell cell batteries, or good quality 12dc deep cycle RV or marine battery, and a 10amp overnite charger, regular auto batteries and other batteries not designed for deep cycle discharge will have a shorter life span if drawn too many times.
so ideal for a dual battery set up.
A fully charged pair of deep cycle batteries will weld minimum duration of 45 min welding 1/2 inch steel or 3/4 inch alluminium, @ approx 175 amps.
Lighter duty metal can offer a duration time of 4 hours or more from fully charged batteries.
