Top Gear - Bolivia - Range Rover

Top Gear tomorrow night has them in Bolivia with the task of driving out of the jungle in 3 4WD's. One of them looks like an early 4 Door RRC - Clarkson is driving that one.

Supposed to be their best adventure yet.

    Cheers

It should have had a wrap-a-round second leaf fitted, then it still would have been drivable, even with a broken top leaf.

I liked how the rear drivetrain exploded. dosnt say much for Totoya diffs.

Thoughly enjoyed it, the Rangie came out on top that's one of the main reasons and proves old rangies can go as hard as anything else and a hell of a lot more comfy too . A bit far fetched but still entertaining all the same. The Suzi did well, simple basic and hard to kill.

I was reading a thread on the 4WD action forum about the same topic and the **** poor excuses that Toyota owners make are quite amusing. Guess there egos are too inflated to relaise that old Rangies are just as reliable as there old Toyotas are on a similar age, condition and had a hard life basis

    Range Rovers rule.

The Old Suzy's were a good little truck too.

As for the Toymota......well better left in the paddock.
