    Aluminium cutout backing

Doesn't look too bad when stuck on a shaped piece of Aluminium backing.
Of course if it was enamelled it would look a lot better, or if I was a bit more careful with my cutting of the backing plate and a bit more meticulous when sticking the sticker on, it would probably have looked better too, but for the time being I guess this is all there is!!! I will do another for Onslow pretty soon and spend a bit more time doing it, so hopefully it will be a little more presentable.
Just got to work out now how to put a "leaf spring" emblem on the bottom of it!

Fitted to Daisy's bumper bar. There is a bit of a problem putting a sticker on a rag top vehicle.
    Regards
    Glen

enamelled badges are in the pipeline, but it's a bloody long pipe.

looks good, close up photo's show too much detail, when the shiny file marks dull it will be cool.
oh, even rag top oldies have a windscreen, but it is easier to cover up a modern thing on the bumper with a colour coded bit of canvas for those real photo's.

Given me some good ideas and think you're on the right track. Just need to get the template laser cut and either perspex or enamel over the top.

Will get moving on something quickly.

    Glen,

That is as close to the original I had in my head when the push for this started, without being cast and enamel.

The design change I would add, would be to add a leaf pack joining the 2 dots in the web address under GCLRO. Subtle, but different.

    Well done.
