Very happy with my fitting session at Brooksy's, can't wait to get it bolted to my beast. Super impressed with the quality of work and Brooksy's attention to detail when considering how best to fix the bar to my D2 in the strongest possible way and how the bar will perform for my driving style in the real world.
If anyone is considering getting some bar work done, you wont be dissapointed if you speak to Brooksy. He doesn't just tell you how it is going to look and fit, we both had several discussions about what would suit me and how certain things should look or fit - such as choosing the right lights, where to fit them, and ways to stop mud build up etc. He definitely knows his stuff.

Apologies again Brooksy for the mess I left your drive in, but I just have an addiction to mud!!!

Talk soon and thanks again for taking time out on Sunday, Mick.

Please post pics of Micks finished rear bar as soon as you get a chace. I’m interested to see recovery points and lights fitted.

No probs mate, looking forward to the finished piece so I can then start looking at the sliders and steering protector

For your info, I'll be back up in Brisbane on Thursday if you need the car for another test fit or anything. Cool if you don't as i'll be in a shirt & tie again and man do I hate being outside in a tie in this weather 8O

    Talk soon, Mick

No probs Brooksy, good luck in Harvey Bay. With you moving that close to Fraser are you coming on the GCLRO trip end of March?

Depends on situation with work & how busy I will be. It would be nice having to drive just 8km down the road to the barge
