    Home Workshop (Super-cheap Day)

Well its raining day off everyone else is working so I could not help myself but go for a browse at Super cheap.

Decided to upgrade my home workshop to the 21st Century and bought a combo kit, 2.5HP / 40L Air Compressor and combo air tool kit. Bargain.

The home workshop is just about finished just a few more hand tools like extra vise-grips and odds and ends and a few more air tool accessorys.
Trolly Jack and stands will be my next big buy over the next few months.

your very next purcahse should be a set of single hex impact rated sockets..... And a better air hose.

The first time you round off a nut/bolt using a bihex socket with the rattle gun on undo you'll understand why.....

Nice set of additions tho. The tools in those starter kits are pretty good, my field rattler is from one of those very same kits bought for me by my wife for my birthday some 8 years ago now. Its still going and its been used everywhere. The hoses, oilers and sockets arent worth spit tho.

That workshop is far too neat! Puts mine to shame. I might have to get stuck in and get it tidied up.

Certainly was not always that clean, To fit the new purchase in I had to do a 1 hour reorganize and clean.
I have a lot more room now.

When you get a chance, I'd be very interested to know if that compressor would run a die grinder and/or small spray gun.

I have the same size compressor and use a die grinder for light work and it goes fairly well. The grinder uses a lot of air and the comp cuts in/out frequently but apart from that it goes well. Haven't used it with paint as yet but it should be good for small quantities.

You got some good gear there.

Like Harry said, neat and tidy unlike my shed at home with **** all over the place (I know where everything is though ).
