Thats why some bright spark came up with the ARC Mig + Tig........

PCD bolts, nahh just fill em in and do a circumference weld... of course it does make the next bearing adjustment different.

Well it'll work although welding cast isn't so simple

Whats PCD stand for? I thought is was the wheel stud distance or am i getting confused?

And its the rear not the front so CV's should not be an issue

Pitch circle diameter, the reference to CV's was just to reference when the wheel bearings moved position (narrower), I've re-read everything 'ere and will eat my words as i was thinking you had a D1 update where the PCS was different, but on a 92 if you change the hub AND stub of an early RR you will be A O K

There is heaps of subtle difference in th classic RR to D1 throughout the years, but most are interchangeable in some form or another, your wheel bearing will be likely hot as you've done them to tight or to loose, its easy to do the nut up on the bub without seating the oil seal correctly, adversely leaving the bearing to loose

part of the reason why cast is hard to weld is it needs to be uniformly preheated prior to welding.

And that would take care of the preheating.

funny you should say that... That would be this little black duck well Black Knight anyway...

Cracked the drive flange on a series and FWD just wasnt gunna crack it in one part of the track... Fortunately just slippery more than needing the max power thing for climbing and slogging.
