    recovery help please

    Please can some body help me today i went crabbing down by currumbin creek and there is a track which leads down to the creek which is very sticky mud unfortunately got bogged then the recovery vechile got bogged 2 this has been a comedy of errors so yes you can laugh because i have not stopped been laughed at but suppose i deserve it/ is there any body out there that has a winch which can lend me a hand

    normally I'd love to but since I'm in charleville you're a minimum of 11 hours away and a little over800km. so unless you can wait and want to fork over the cost of food and fuel I'm out. (not to mention recovery cartons). start digging and if you've got a long sturdy rope and a spare axe handle try a spanish winlass.

    Okay Kelvin as mentioned on the phone no luck tonight but can have a couple down in the morning to get you out... a few of our winch vehicles are out of town but MickG can help out....

    Anyone else willing to help out in the morning post up here and we'll coordinate.

    ahh crap. only saw this at 9;48pm, so sorry it's a bit late - do not have a winch but am close to currumbin and would have tried to help, but with MickG in charge and with a winch - i'll head off to work in the morning.

    I THANK JUSTIN AND MICK VERY MUCH,I will post pics as soon as we get them off our mobile and downloaded ,i have learnt a valuable lesson out of this when you have a oportunity to put a winch or better tyres on your vehicle JUST DO IT don't procrastinate about it????

    not true, buried up to their rocker covers they make very good anchor points.
