    tracks around Beenleigh and Logan

Afternoon, I've got friends that are wanting to go exploring tommorrow for a couple of hours (saturday) - one hasn't been offroad yet - just bought a Suzuki. The other has an 07 Fender and know what he's doing. Are there any tracks around Beenliegh and Logan? I know know about Ormeau - can someone pm me the directions for getting in.

Is there anything else worth exploring on the southside of Brisbane

    Cheers

There's a nice big ex pine forest SE of Logan Village.

Ranges from mild powerline tracks to nasty hills and gullies, especially over toward Quinzy creek rd side boundary.

LOTS of dirtbikes and lots of kids on dirtbikes so keep a look out, slow for intersections, headlights on yadda yadda.

be warned that this is private land and the police patrol it regularly and have been known to seize bikes but vehicles not sure, although they usually just ask you to leave. If you go watch out for the bog holes some are very deep and can swallow a vehicle for hours. I know this as I live in the area.

Hi i would surgest that that the pine forest is a Monday to Friday event and give it a a wide berth on the weekends as said before to many d***heads go there on the weekends, there was a real bad accident there last weekend between to Motos both were hospitalized so I say QPS will be stepping up patrols there.
I used to go off roading near Mt Linsay awhile ago that might be worth looking into.
