Surely you would have thought about the line / got a spotter first if the tracks were that difficult. As Harry has mentioned we have, last week been dicussing this including the amount of tries and stationary wheelspin for trip leader guidelines.

I am not criticizing anybody’s driving
I am sure we all would have, but if one is stuck after 3 tries, maybe that line was not as good as one first thought or the track turned out to be more difficult than one expected. (Happens to the best of us)
So to prevent the red mist descending  don’t you think its time for a break and a rethink, or as you say get the aid of a spotter. or maybe even break out the winch or get a snatch.
All I am saying is there are many more options than using more Right foot, More Left is probally better.
I have some other thoughts but best not canvassed on a public forum, I probably have said more than appropriate already.
Cheers

Having now driven the impossibles myself, I'm even more impressed with the old Jeep!
Found this thread while searching for inspiration to get out wheeling again!
Hasn't a lot changed in 5 years. The majority of the contributors to this thread are no longer GCLRO members which is sad :(:( (me included).
I remember this thread, it got a bit heated between a few people but it was a good read :)
