Was funny actually being a rangie fanatic and all... still took me a while to figure out how to open the fuel flap on the 1991 rangie :angel:
I am used to the old ones that generally didnt lock (but were ment to with the central locking).
On old snowball it's hidden on the passenger side of the steering column... lets just say I looked all over & under the seats under the dash, all over the drivers side of the steering column, walked to the flap tried to pry it open... got abit angry went back sat in the car was gonna just drive off cursing and swearing at myself when I had a quick glimpse on the passenger side of the steer column and there it was, a big grey button :TIC:
The Aquarangie was the same being a 92/93 model it hads the same filler set-up, pity it was 21 years too late because it's the best filler type on any RRC IMO. Which goose at LR thought that fitting a filler that was in line with the tank must of been on drugs :mad:Quote:

Well took the D3 to get the windows tinted. Upon picking it up the propriator says "This is the first D3 we have had" well there you go I say.
He says

Quick scan by LR man-- big tyres, lift kit fancy bits but not a mark on it;).
I turn back to the bloke and say, " No mate I dont go off road in the Discovery"
I use my "Raaange Roover" for that.:D
Leaving him with a bizzare look on his face I ponder should I tell him its 24 years old???????????????????????????????????????????? Na, the look was priceless.
