Dont have the internet at home so bit late for me to chime in, but will say was a good fun morning. Driving the same tracks in the dry usually can be done in half an hour and with minimal wheel spin.

The wet rocks made it a whole different ball game. Never before have I done panel damage on these few sections of rock, so to come out second best in the panel department was a suprise.

The rocks were that slippery that lockers didnt help, (even I had all four wheels spinning most of the time).

Petes tyres worked well and you can hear them as they fight for traction. They also looked well and truely c00lness!

Other then the increased audible gear meshing and clunking in the rear differential my standard 24spline rover centres are holding up well

Grimace have you invested in a good magnet yet ? as i have 2 big ones at work which could be made into the axel size
Hey that's a good idea for the magnet! We should knock something together for future use.

Fortunately for us this time round the axle broke at the flange end which made its removal quiet simple.
