Some video of the trip, including Grimace's secret Rangie remote control system

I was asked how the Mickey Thompson MTZ's went
Enough to say that Cheeky has been teasing the Mongrel that She has the best Tyres all day and that she does not want the Km2's back...
I was very pleased, it was dry at Coffs so I can not compare the wet performance, but they felt much superior to the BFG km2's on what I did do.
They scratched great on all surfaces
Very Happy..
Turns out I had a bit more damage:
15) Rear Swaybar was dislocated: the little arms that connect the swaybar to the axle should be facing downward but they where positioned upwards and rubbing against the coil springs and the center part of the swaybar was rubbing against the fuel tank. Not good.
16) One of the rear coil springs was sitting on top of the little bracket that should have kept it down onto the axle, so it could move around freely and had been rubbing against the shock absorber.
17) The shock absorber now has a nasty dent in it. But fortunately it's a double wall type, so the inner housing seems ok. I could move the shock up and down without any mechanical resistance.
18) ABS and brake lines where not damaged. But they where very close.
19) Lesson learned: properly check your vehicle after an intense drive. I did check (and rectified a dislocated coil) but didn't notice the dislocated swaybar.
20) Very happy I didn't drive the 110 on Sunday, else the damage would have been a lot worse.
My trip as a passenger.
