I can only repeat what everybody else has said, great trip and thanks to all the organisers. Though credit has to go to all the members as I have not yet come across any I don't get on with. Makes for a great weekend.
I got a lot of Pics though not all were good. I will link the ones I think are the best but the rest are here The Springs album | TimJ | Fotki.com if you want to have a look.
First I want to show this one just in case any one doubts that a D3 can articulate
Though it is a good example of how a different line can change things as a few moments before I got the camera out that wheel was about two feet up in the air, then Mick advised a line change and it didn't even lift the second time.
Ok now in order - setting up camp.
View from the top of Loves Hill.
Fantastic clouds.
Coming down VB Gulch
Back to camp and at this stage there were about 26 vehicles there.
Next day we came out on top of Bald Knob at one stage.
One of the other groups was back on Loves Hill.
Out in the afternoon again.
The Snake Pit.
Lots more in the album as I said if any of these appeal.

Thanks Stevo and Busman. It was great to have 4 d3s there wasn't it? If only I had some rocksliders instead of those sidesteps.
Stevo I'm curious which one you liked enough to use as a desktop. I really liked the ones where you were smoking the front tyre but there were some other good ones.

Hey
What a great weekend. How good are the photos. Pat on the back to all the photographers. great bunch of people attended and i hope I said gday to all. ( hope the rattle gun did'nt peeve anyone). Was a good weekend for testing tyres and I lear'nt alot about the limitations of the Silverstone Extremes. Would have been great to get a few vehicles through the Canyon run, but it's just plain dumb to inflict the damage to the vehicles that I am sure would have been quite substantial.
Good to see the pictures from the other group as the only downside of such a large group is you dont get to drive with everyone.
Great to see some new faces ( nothing wrong with the old ones though ) and hope to see more of you on coming trips.
Driver of the weekend must be Eve as she took the bull by the horns and gave it someWell done Eve. you must be proud Phillipe.
Till next trip
Justin
ps thanks again to MickG and all the TL's and TC's

						Hey Greg & Eric,
A quick thanks for letting Sarah & I jump in with you guys on the Saturday morning run.
I am under a huge amount of pressure to up date the shortie now!!
Was great to see the club put a trip on for greg's birthday "sunday" well timed!

It was a pleasure to have you riding shotgun mate.
Cheers Eric.
Orusm weekend away! Had a ball (even if I didn't get to wheel Fluffy).
The photos I have viewed so far are excellent, was very impressed with how keen you guys were to get shots of everything, it makes remembering the weekend as a more visual experience!
Thanks to all who allowed us to ride in your vehicles. Guy, Trav, Eric and ofcourse Bolts, Thanks guys!
And thank you to everyone else (even the noisy, dusty children) for supplying the perfect camping atmosphere.
I think this had to be one of the best groups I have ever had the priviledge to be a part of, you're all great company, THANKS HEAPS.
