No, they thought you were driving a Series Landy and thus incapable of exceeding the speed limit.

I recall a Series I owner in Brissie being pulled up by cops for travelling too slowly on a highway (or motorway) a few years back.

Talk about being out in force... I've never seen so many cop cars in one day. They were everywhere.

Even saw one on the Ipswich - Boonah Rd just after I'd accelerated to overtake a slow car in front who kindly decided to accelerate as I started to pass him

That section of Brisbane Rd is just starting to go uphill.
Doesn't it **** you off when they start to accelerate after going slowly for K's when you try to pass.
