    The Dents are gone, amazing!

I just picked up my Disco from Dent-o-way the paintless dent removal specialists.
I was skeptical that it would work, but after picking it up and knowing where the hail stone dents were and where they aren't now it's is just unbelievable! There were skeptics about it being successful on Alloy, l but I am amazed.
Even under strong light there is no sign of any previous damage. It took 4 days to remove the 10 or so dents in the bonnet, the 6 or so in the roof and the few on the doors and guards. No idea of the cost as it was insurance.
But I will recommend that company for minor dents.( Not ripping hole dents)

It was not worth complaining about the 4 days it took to remove a paltry 10 or so dents!

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

It is worth keeping an eye on the locations of the original dents. This type of dent removal is currently trendy, but ask a panel beater, and quite a few won't have a bar of them. They believe if the dent is just a tad too deep, the paint will have minute cracks from this dent removal process. This allows moisture in, and then you have corrosion. It may not rust on alloy, but the integrity of the paint coating could be suspect. Sorry to be a killjoy.

The integrity of the paint doesn't worry me, as the clear coat wass lifting in places anyway.I need to repaint it at some time. At least now I have a dent less panel to paint.
