who needs difflocks
I just finished the centre diff lock actuating rod, the underbody one that has been shown here, but with lots of better modifications such as rods instead of flat bar, a rod end instead of just a nut and bolt on the joggled piece that bolts to the transfer case actuating bolt, it looks so neat now. So I took it up into the ormeau hills area this morning, just having the 50/50 split is amazing, went over any of the rough terrain we could find ( my son knows the tracks from moto riding thru there for years)and the disco just did it so easy I wish there were some other brands there so I could compare. I didnt engage the diff locks.....didnt have to. Might never have to now. Btw the tyres....Khumo kl71 muddies.....absolutely superb grip, hardly had any loss of traction anywhere, left them at 40psi. My son 22yo having been through these tracks on motorbikes so many times was stunned.....by the relaxed ride and the vehicles ability......actually so was I!

Good stuff, time for harder trails.
Once you get to use the centre diff lock toits max, its time for rear or front or even both lockers.
