    the dune (picture heavy)

    Where - Arther River Tassie
    When - Today
met a mate at the "bowl" today at Arther River when going for a bit of a drive, he was riding a Raptor 700cc quad
    me in the disco

    the raptor on the dune

    Trying to show how steep
He then took my camera to the top

and the the results, I didnt get to far, only just to the clump on the LHS about 1/4 of the way

And this was the lovely beach on the west coast of Tassie today

    Cheers

    Nice photos, thanks for posting.
Blaze, how hard it is to get closer to the Arthur River wild area?
Have to be a fantastic place for photography.
    It is in my list

Not only is the Arther River nice you can also travel down along the coast about another 50km to Saandy cape and beyond. Spend a day in to Balfour (on of tassie's first mining areas) and onto Corina/Pieman river, easy to loose a couple of weeks in the area
    cheers
