Thats just awesome Simon! Hopefully she will be just as good a companion as Simba was.

We are looking at getting two puppies after the wedding. A border terrier and a cairn terrier. Should be a hand full!

The name disagreement was with my mum and grandma I think it was. They absolutely hate it!

Thats my kid! haha, no idea who it is really, he'll be a footy player though. I think frullets are a victorian thing.

It's great you have another dog.

    Awww So Cuuuute...
Lots of fluff to clean in the new house..hehe.
Then again lots of acreage to run around in too.

    I bet you cant wait.
The feel of puppy teeth puncturing the skin, biting your nose, the little gnarl when feeding & the smell...ahh the smell of a puppy.

    All the best Mate.

They are nice looking pups, are they always pure white?

Bet you can't wait till she is home.

We have a Koolie(similar to a Kelpie) pup at the moment, she's around 7 months old now,you forget what it's like to have a pup around again, but its all fun

Tony, be tempted - its exciting!

Hi Pete, yeah the puppy years again! I'm really hoping she doesn't eat everything like what Simba did as a pup.... the chair legs and rails, the wall mouldings, through the sides of cupboards! It'll b back to vacuuming every 2nd day again but I don't mind for a second.

Scarry thats good news and congrats on the Coolie! At the risk of sounding like Richie Benaud, the Samoyeds come in the pure white, the white, the off white, the cream and the biscuit. Apparently they came in black or black and white, but I've never seen or heard of one with that colouring.

Watch out for biro's,the koolie took to them,so now we have some lovely large ink stains in our beautiful carpet

She also chewed many other things, but she's been forgiven....

And we wouldn't be without her

Slunnie I wont show this to one of my best friends....she is devoted to Samoyeds.

she currently has a boy who is 14yrs old and his time is ending, she will be devestated more so because she has had to put down 2 dogs due to old age 1 cat due to her getting stuck in a fence and another cat due to liver failure all in the last 12 months..Sambo is pretty much all she has left

When sambo goes she is going to be devastated and I don't know how she will cope, If I had the money I would buy her a pup as I know she would never buy herself one, as much as she wants one

they are lovely dogs and I'm pleased for you that you have a potential long term mate on the way.
lets hope this one is just as a loyal mate as simba was to you

    Hi Lou,

Strangely as you posted I was reading Simbas thread. My heart so deeply goes out to your friend and I have no doubt that she dreads a lower low. Roxy is a light to me and I hope your friend can find another little pup at the right time.
    Cheers
