SupporterJust had a troll throught the Exploroz site. WHY is this site so succesful? Struck me that to do what is basically a "road trip" to Walhalla (albeit with ONE "EXCITING" RIVER CROSSING!) had a member cost of about $340 WTF for????
Anyone can drive to Walhalla, it's a free road (and a pretty good one at that).
So why do people pay for Exploroz?

SubscriberI guess if you don't have a suitable car to do it in... it would be the easiest way.. I feel the same about tag along tours.. I can't see the value but the friends you make along the way can be wonderful.

SupporterOur first trip into the high country was on a tag-along tour. We had a ball, and the knowledge of the trip leader was fantastic( not just 4wd skills, he was an ex employee of fisheries and wildlife and knew the bush like no one I've met since).
