Speaking of transport mobs, I won’t say what IPEC stood for. That is a topic for CA….

Years ago, my wife was head nurse of a large ICU. One morning's, oral briefing contained a person by the name of 'Herta Pfingarr'. Of course, my dear wife enquired as to why the need for ICU.
