I have been fighting to give these guys money for a month....
Have had a few emails returned saying "we are flat out", but we have what you need in stock.

Just checked, and site appears to be working....

Might see if any of the UK forums think they are going down the gurgler?

I ordered some gear about three weeks ago, they were back in-touch within a 24 hrs and then the gear arrived about ten days later.

    Cheers

Hey, I just got in contact with Garty from Td5 alive. Pointed out this thread had started....and hey presto, Aussie orders should start getting dealt with better! Apparently, business has been going so well that they are flooded with orders, and have had to bring on someone just to look after them.

    anyone phoned them from Oz?

    the area code for Grimsby is 1472 so I tried 0011 44 1472 0142 81 2900 and 0011 44 0142 81 2900. No go either way?

    Not quite.

From OZ it is 0011 or 0018 for an international 'line' so the number would be:

    0011 44 1472 812 900
