I'm sure that is the case - the road toll per kilometre or per vehicle has been decreasing ever since the start of records, give or take random fluctuations from year to year.

yeah so true. Tho it will be interesting to see what they say. I am hoping for a true picture of the situation instead of the hyped media one :)
