Its only going to be an issue if you are boozed up at the clubs and mouth off at a copper.

They dont belong in the courts, they should get a maglite up side the head and sent home. Guess a fine will have to do.

The practice of democracy is a method of voting for a Government, not a method of Government.

Personally i would rather cop an on the spot fine than be locked up for the night with my new best friend bubba and still end up with the fine from the magistrate.
Oh Mick ! ..........You Know Bubba do you ?...gets out in about another 15 years....Perhaps you may care for a re-union...in that time we may have broken him of that particular habit

I am one of the vocal majority that isn't backwards in coming forwards.
Have chatted gob-****es in queues at icecream parlours, sons mates on the footpath in front of our house etc, etc. Time and a place for language. Gob off to your mates, fine, just keep it out of earshot of people who enjoy a little wider range of vocabularly. I swear with the best of them at times, but, like anything, don't jam it down peoples throats.
    Dave.
