If the motor doesn't sound like it's starving for oil, beleive me u'll know cause it'll seize pretty quick, it will be the oil pressure switch.
Quick update; pulled out the oil cooler today, it was blocked. Forced some air into it and brown muddy looking oil started coming out! Looks like it was never cleaned out after had head gaskets were replaced. Previous owner said he had all the work done at a LR specialist garage in Burwood..Oil pressure problem seems to be sorted. Just going to pull sump cover off to have a look no damage was done.
