I just finished the Old Telegraph Track in a D1 V8 Auto and was doing crossings that much newer/fancier 4x4 drivers were baulking at. At the same time my mate in an older Prado that was less sorted than mine did all the crossings and only needed help twice. Also saw an older Paj. well sorted and doing all the same tricks.

My view, the D1 Auto V8 is a great off roader. So are many other vehicles.

In winter the beer wouldnt need refrigeration, and in summer it still doesnt get real hot.
