Thread: Allianz Extended Warranty

Be interesting to see the diff between this and the standard one.

I have not had a really good look at it, but i looks to be the same as the extended NEW car policy less paint protection.

Does the extended warranty have to be taken out whilst the vehicle is still within the factory warranty (like the original Alliance extended warranty policy) or can it be taken out on a vehicle not covered by any current warranty (ie both factory and extended warranties have expired on our 7 year old D2a)??

NO, as i beleive it it can be taken out at anytime.
I was designed for Landies where the Factory warranty has expired.
Still waiting for meaghen to get back to me with prices.

EDIT: Can I get an extended warranty for my 26 year old 110?

Well, from what I can see, they appear to be a legit company.

They are, however, primarily a finance broker, who also does insurance. Not sure if the insurance side is as a broker, or if they are doing their own.

So, on the surface of it, it would appear that they have found a new way to market their products.
