    I thought it was expensie to own a car in wa the d1 is only around 500ish for the year. Not worried about tolls ets won't be in the city

    Some of the other costs seem to vary a bit also between WA and Qld. A 5 year MDL costs $105 here as opposed to the $80 quoted for Qld in an earlier post, our transfer fees are $3 per hundred (unless they have changed from last I did it)and $2 per hundred for there. They are only minor costs though unless you are buying an exxy vehicle....regardless, they are what they are and everyone has to pay it unfortunately.

    covers our 'TRANSPORT SA" rego etc...

    check out custom plates etc area...has plate designer etc...

    also if you search enough you'll find the costs etc!
