Not real exciting for any but me
Last year in june My wife and I decided to offer my BIL a small block to be subdivided off our block to build a unit. It all seemed so easy for a start after talking to the council. First problem was that our block was on a deed and not a title and it went down hill from there.
Today I have finally got my slab for the new shed (had to pull down a 12 x 8 meter shed to get access) nearly ready to pour, tomorrow I will start putting the feet under the reo and the tie bars etc, over the next week I will finish the feet under the reo as well as tie it all together (beats me why you have to tie ya reo whens its going to be held with concrete (old shed had no permit to build, no reo and had a 10 yard tipper do 15 trips over it before I got a crack). Hopefully have it inspected by the survey on the 30th and pour the slab in the same week.
So tonight I have crack the seal on a bottle of Black Douglas (I know not of best of whisky) and currently well on the way to having the first relaxing drink for months
cheers
