    can some one help

can some one help me ? gday guys i don't usually do this but here goes
i'm 44 years old and in need of a job,i'm currently on dsp due due a back injury[workcover claim], a chronic illness ,and a dogdy right knee that will require further surgery[vet affairs] .I was diagnosed with chrones disease when i was 25
and have worked all through until ,i was forced to several major surgury's to help me survivethat was in 2006.By feb i was fully recovered and rejoined the workforce in feb 2007.driving trucks was always part of my working life in some shape or form, and worked for a company that was family owned and was reasonably secure in regards to long term employment and the boss and i became fast friends. my boss was later diagnosed with the same affliction as I,so i helped where i could with the advice and such with regard to his illness and mine.i even took over a major part of the day to day running of the business when he was ill and in hospital, but all that changed when i old him i had hurt my back.to cut a long story short i continued working until i herniated a disc and lost feeling in the right foot.i only stopped working because i'd lost feeling .its a bit hard to stop a veh when you cant feel the pedal.workerscomp/surgery/phsio chiropractor still no feeling in the foot.

i need someone to help me i want a job,all my previous skills have been based around physical work and i havent got what people might call a face for retail.
i've tried to get retraining through the usual channels but to no avail
is there someone out there.all i need is retraining.i've never had a sicky in my life and believe in reward for effort, hard work never hurts

    thaks don

    retrainin

i went to skilled and got some info then saw workcover who politely told me they would only fund $500 towards any retraing.my licences cost more than that alone.should go back to my old ways and just start smacking beaurecrats.anyone would think that its money from their own pockets---clowns
