    IT is a definate step in the right direction but could be ironed out a bit more I believe.

    Lucky for me my 4b is already engineered and certified.

    thats what i dont like, they say there MAY be restrictions imposed on such vehicles but they dont say what they are. They are a bit vague in my opinion.
