    I didn't put "Tesla" in the title of this thread as a lot of you wouldn't bother even opening it but forget about electric cars, it's just a good, interesting read......

    all of this played out on the local news here as it happened. i live 15mins away from the nummi plant. i have plenty of friends and relatives that lost very good, longtime jobs when toyota pulled out of there...

    I love the way he just went bought a smart dropped the motor and batteries from the roadster into it, makes me want to call up and buy a motor and battery from him to drop into a series.
