The only place I immediately recognised was Stones Corner - but it is over 45 years since I left Brissie.

Inc, do you want to know the locales, or just like to hear from those who recognise them? Either way.............

St. Pauls Tce & Barry Pde. corner, near Valley fiveways
Logan Rd. Holland Pk.
Days Rd. The Grange
Queen St. opposite Treasury Bldg.
Stones Cnr.
Ipswich Rd. Annerley, near Chardon's Corner
Breakfast Creek going onto the bridge inbound from Ascot
Latrobe Tce.Paddington
Stanley St. Wooloongabba, near Railway Hotel
Queen and Adelaide sts. outside National hotel
Melbourne and Browning Sts. West End
Grey St. South Brisbane, near the railway station
Sandgate Rd. Clayfield, outside Turrawan Private Hospital
A New Farm Park-West End tram turning from Brunswick St. into Merthyr Rd.
Kingsford Smith Dve. Hamilton
Gympie Rd. Kedron, outside the Masonic temple

The numbers of people standing around with cameras makes me estimate the photos were from dates in 1969 during the last days of trams. No. 16 in particular has four vintages of trams in it. The red "toastrack" model had not been in service since the late 1940's.The small boxy shaped ones were only used in emergencies in passenger service. They had only been used to carry around advertising for many years. In the background is what looks like a "dreadnought" which by then had been relegated to peak hour services to make up numbers.
