Paj was sitting on its belly. Tires were not big enough. We might have chewed it up a tad earlier. Even the troopy ambo struggled.
Yes it was not the 1st time I gave been told the county is loud. But I love it
Before I towed this cop out at Robe, he told us he had his tyres on 60psi because the Rodeo was also the local pursuit car, and he didn't have any 4WD training.............

I too Lurve my 3.9 on Full Noise at stockton , nothing beats it . climbing up a Big dunes in high range while watching a 100 series cruiser struggle up the same Dune I climbed up in my rangie and I smiled as I drove past him :D
I know the spot Clarky we drive in and out of there all year round we have a shack in there, never air tyres down just go straight through. Seems they did not take the best line or have enough speed?
Glad you had a good time.
Cheers
Was road along beach from grantville harbour to piemans. Exact spot was as you enter the beach 10 km north of grantville harbour
Rodeo's, sorry Colorado's arent allowed in pursuits in NSW, sedans only.
Police are also not allowed to use Snatch strap recoveries anymore either, thanks to some untrained officers using a snatch strap from a shipping tie down point on a pajero, instead of educating everyone as to what points to use and which ones not to they banned snatch recoveries all together. All 4wd vehicles are fitted with a winch, but you cant use those unless you have done the off road course
Yep, I would call it very easy terrain they musty have been pretty inexperienced. If yuo take the inland track after you leave the Pieman end of 4 mile beach now that is a different story this time of the year. The track from Granville to the beach and through the conicals is pretty easy, they should not have got stuck there.
We have the first shack at the Pieman as you get there.
Been through there many many times.
Hope you had a good time its a great place.
Cheers
