    I think he uses a parachute. Either that or he grabs a branch with his feet and hangs upside down until it is time to feed again.

    I saw a documentary on wingsuit flying while I was coming back from Hong Kong earlier in the year. Pretty sure its the same guy. He started out base jumping but it got boring...

    In the doco, one of his fellow fliers died in a training flight leading up to those ones in Switzerland.
    Two flyers, one was meant to go under a bridge, the other go over it. The other guy got it wrong and died when he hit the bridge.

    Not a sport for anyone who wants to watch their kids grow up.

    Defintively not a sport for the average person, but it does indeed look really cool.


    If I recall correctly about that bridge incident, the guy who died flew first so the other one pretty much flew through the mist that was left of his mate.
