Depends what you mean - Happy with them? Generally Yes. Issues sorted yet (as in 11MY) - generally No.

If you are prepared to endure some intial "sorting out" they are a cracking drive, and a notch up from all previous Defenders for drivability and NVH.

Some people here have had numerous trips back to the dealer (Scallops for one!!) with very serious issues. I think his factory warranty has just expired and he's taken out an extension....

Others have had major dramas when lifting them. Even a 2" lift gives issues with the front prop shaft. Search and you'll find a number of threads on this issue.

I've been lucky with mine so far. Had the rear diff replaced and a new CD player. Diff was noisy but never 'broke' on me or left me stranded, and a lot of early Pumas had similar diff issues. All sorted under warranty.

    I've very happy with mine.

I've had mine for about 30 days now, have had the joy of driving it for about 12 days out of that, the rest has been back at LR sorting an electrical issue and the standard oil leak. I'm happy with the vehicle but have to say I'm disappointed a bit about how it has panned out.

I've had mine for 11 months and 19,500kms. Have never had any issue of any type (early days yet, of course). A totally superb vehicle. I had it serviced by Sovereign Motors in Adelaide at 12,000kms. It had used about 3/4ltr engine oil at that time. I find it supremely comfortable on long road trips (Adelaide - Brisbane and return), plus it has done a bit of mild scrub travel - superb, of course. It has no modifications other than the factory "Boost" pack, factory tow bar and an ARB bullbar.
