It is trying to argue the point that a faulty part or bad workmanship was to blame as opposed to driving style, misuse, km travelled, failure to add oil, failure to run in, etc, etc, which these places will say to avoid paying up and honouring their warranty. You can install a good part badly but you can do a perfect job installing a bad part too - proving which has occurred is harder.
You have to be prepared to fight them if they won't fix it. Or cut your losses, get rid of it and start again. Or start a really harsh facebook or twitter page. Any of these options work![]()
