Who said anything about being Christian? I did not mention my religion at all! So who's got the chip?

Just to demonstrate how tolerant and willing to accept criticism I am, I promise not to get upset when Ron (or anyone else) points out that I appear to have forgotten that gerunds govern pronouns in the possessive case.

I could have corrected the original post in the hope that no-one had seen it. However I am quite willing to let it stand and accept the barrage of comments drawing attention to the fact that it should have read "tolerate your posting a comment".

How's that for being tolerant and modest and willing to accept criticism?

On the other hand I might get quite stroppy if someone draws attention to any spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors in this post.

Hmm, I suggest a bit of pulling in of heads is warranted here.

Muslim, Christian, Jewish Hindu etc etc etc are all human beings on the same planet last time I looked. It is a bit much for all to accept each others views all the time but we shouldn't be carrying on like Pork chops in a synagogue HERE, on a Landrover appreciation site for goodness sakes. (FWIW Anyone who is in the public arena like TG etc should be a bit more 'sensitive' to others , I don't care less whether they like or dislike anyone or anyones beliefs, I say if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all...)

    Here endeth the 2c sermon.

I think Willem's right though. TG's blatant disrespect of Fakhre tents was evident here

Look at them just lolligagging around it...no respect at all.

As for May's blasphemous treatment ov zee Bavarian Motor Verks...

Don't even get me started on their wanton disregard and lack of respect for kevlar helmets and vests...

    What were they thinking

They have no morals at all...totally devoid thereof...

Top Gear...who needs it - when there are better things to do rather than laugh at ourselves...

True Mick, I like a gag too, but I guess what I meant to intimate with my previous post is the fact that SOME of what they do is just unnecessary hornets nest poking...But yes some is VERY funny, especially that southern US states episode

That wasn't meant for you JC..just those in general who find reason to complain about such insignificant matters when there are worse things to be concerned about.

True, I use the 'there are worse things to complain about in the world today' phrase when my teenage children complain about internet speed

I have friends who personally help fund an orphanage in Burma after going on holiday there and seeing how little it would take to turn peoples lives around. I only found out about it by accident really. THAT is true christian works in my opinion..Makes me think long and hard about things I do I can tell you.
